What You’ll Be Doing

The brand designer for C4C is responsible for developing and maintaining our visual identity across all platforms and materials. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and other marketing team members to create social media templates, promotional graphics, slide decks, and branded event materials that reflect C4C’s mission and values. You’ll also help define and iterate on our brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and professionalism in everything we produce.

As our Brand Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to lead creative branding projects from concept to execution, applying your design skills to solve real-world communication challenges. Whether that is creating merchandise, refining our style guide, or supporting a social campaign, your work will shape how people experience and connect with C4C across channels.

What We're Looking For

A great Brand Designer is passionate about visual storytelling and excited to shape how C4C presents itself to the world. While experience with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Illustrator is helpful, what matters most is your creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to create clear, consistent visuals that amplify C4C’s mission.
