What You’ll Be Doing

The Social Media Manager at C4C is responsible for building and maintaining our presence across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute a content strategy that reflects our mission, promotes our events, and highlights the impact of our work. This includes writing captions, scheduling posts, creating short-form video content, and engaging directly with our audience.

You’ll also coordinate with our teams to capture and share member and team spotlights, event recaps, and community highlights. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll gain experience in community engagement, brand communication, and platform analytics, while helping tell the story of C4C to a wider audience.

You should be comfortable using social platforms, enjoy staying up-to-date with trends, and be eager to learn through hands-on experience. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, creative, and genuinely interested in how content builds community.

  • Passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital communication
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos at events
  • Interested in content strategy, engagement analytics, and experimentation
  • Organized and reliable when it comes to scheduling and posting
  • Excited to work with different teams and clubs across C4C
  • A strong communicator, both visually and in writing
  • Interested in short-form video creation (Instagram Reels, event recaps, etc.)
